Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Weems has over 10 years experience working for many large and small semiconductor design companies. Prior to founding Thyme, Mr. Weems developed and supported microprocessor design methodologies for start-up Exponential and for IBM Somerset division. He also has experience in microprocessor design and programming. Mr. Weems holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In his Master's Thesis he developed new geometric techniques for analyzing and optimizing workflow management and job scheduling problems.
